Al Gore Receives Award for 'Top Climate Hypocrite'
It was close, but in the end, Al Gore edged out Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez for the top Climate Hypocrite Award.
The award is the brainchild of Senator Jim Inhofe, an Oklahoma Republican, who has led pushback against climate hysterics in the Senate.
The top five climate hypocrites:

EASTERN PACIFIC OCEAN - The United States Coast Guard intercepted a submersible vessel in the eastern Pacific Ocean Tuesday morning that was hauling millions of dollars in cocaine. In Other News
The submarine was first spotted by a patrol plane which alerted the Jacksonville-based Coast Guard Cutter Valiant, according to a press release on the bust.
The submersible was described as a 40-foot, self-propelled semi-submersible carrying 12,000 pounds of coke valued at $165 million, the agency said.
Authorities were only able to remove just over 1,100 pounds of the drug and had to leave the rest because of concerns over the safety of the sub.
The Coast Guard arrested four suspected drug smugglers onboard the vessel.

Freeport Flag Ladies Last Stand
FREEPORT, Maine — After 18 years of flying the red, white and blue proudly in downtown Freeport every week, the iconic 'Flag Ladies' will make their last stand Wednesday.
Elaine Greene, Joann Miller, and Carmen Foote will stand at the corner of Main and School Streets starting at 8 a.m.
The weekly tradition was born out of the tragedy of September 11, 2001, to honor the men and women who sacrifice for our country every day by standing with flags and waving to those passing by.
Top of the News
On Sept. 11, 2001, al-Qaida terrorists killed nearly 3,000 Americans. Eighteen years later, we remain deeply concerned about the threat of another large scale terrorist attack. In Other News
We are concerned because terrorist violence continues to grow and spread. The Middle East and Sahel regions are the epicenter of extremist violence. Islamist militants there command more fighters, are active in more countries and control more territory than they did before the 9/11 attacks. Violent extremism’s spread, even in distant countries, creates incubators for future attacks, putting us all at risk.
We recognize and honor the dedication, sacrifice and tireless efforts of American military and civilian personnel. They have destroyed terrorist networks on the battlefield and thwarted their plots. Over 15,000 Americans paid with their lives, and more than 50,000 have been injured. Yet, the Islamic State’s resurgence this year in parts of Iraq and Syria is a stark reminder that the underlying conditions that fomented these groups remain in place.
